RETURNS & EXCHANGES - Personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a variance from the information provided to us.
SHIPPING - We ship via USPS Priority Mail within 5-7 business days from the payment receipt date and include delivery confirmation to protect the buyer and seller in this transaction.
PAYMENT - We accept PayPal, Visa & MasterCard, checks and money orders (for mail-in orders). Orders will be processed as soon as payment is received.
PERSONALIZATION POLICIES - Please make sure the spelling of each personalized item is entered correctly. Personalized products are non-refundable UNLESS: If there is an error due to us, you will receive a refund for the purchase amount minus shipping costs OR we will replace the item for free. If the error is in the information provided to us, a new book can be purchased for $1.25 off the original price.
